SCOTT G. SHERMAN - has been a director of XTO Energy Inc. since 1990. Mr. Sherman serves on the Compensation, Corporate Governance, Nominating and Executive committees. Sole owner of Sherman Enterprises for the past seven years, Mr. Sherman served on the Board of Directors of Worth National Bank, Fort Worth. Previously, he owned and operated Eaglemotive Industries, an automotive parts manufacturing company, for 18 years.

Mr. Sherman attended Texas Christian University. His civic pursuits include having served as director of the Panther Boys Club.
