Measurement Technician

  • Duties: Support ongoing operations as well as new installations. As a team member will support well pad automation systems, as well as all types of natural gas measurement facitlities. Assist in regularly witnessing and performing measurement activities in accordance with company standards. Measurement activities to include maintaining and verifying automated tank gauging systems, LEL monitors, natural gas and liquid metering systems. Will troubleshoot, operate and maintain various types of equipment, including remote operation controllers (mainly Fisher ROC), various communications networks (mainly Freewave), thermal electrical generators, enclosed flare systems, thermal vapor oxidizers, well head plunger lift control systems, wireless networks and various types of wired and wireless transmitters.
  • Skills: 3 plus years of recent field related measurement and automation experience is preferred. Fully support and comply with the XTO safety culture as a high priority.Advanced troubleshooting capabilties and strong operational knowledge of Fisher ROC equipment, Rosemount wireless networks, Rosemount transmitters, thermal electric generators, burner management systems and Freewave radio networks. Basic understanding of all components related to natural gas/liquid measurement equipment (Orifice, Coriolis, Ultra Sonic and Turbine meters) and how they are specified, certified, installed, operated and maintained. Basic understanding of AGA & API standards pertaining to volumetric and mass measurement of natural gas and natural gas liquids. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite of products. Must be physically able to use stairs on a regular basis without complication. Must be physically able to lift up to 55 pounds.

Lease Operator

Security Officer

  • Duties: Provide security services for the Downtown Fort Worth campus including WTW, Simpson, Petroleum, 714 Main, Bennie G. Kniffen Building, and/or other XTO facilities including well sites in the Fort Worth area. Greet, register and direct visitors and contractors within the buildings. Monitor extensive camera networks and electronic security systems. Physical labor required such as coordinating floor checks, walking stairs, standing on feet for long periods of time, or sitting for long periods of time. Department is 24/7. Overtime required. Shift work; hours and days vary.
  • Skills: Candidate must pass all aspects of an extensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Candidate should have a professional demeanor. Some security experience a plus.

Measurement Technician

  • Duties: Install meter tube and EFM (Fisher Roc's/Eagle/Total Flow) equipment. Install radio equipment and ensure communication uplink. Size meter plates, take gas samples and input into EFM and various transmitters. Set process controls in both the field and processing plants. Maintain, calibrate and perform testing and preventative maintenance on said equipment. Install, test, troubleshoot and run diagnostics on TRU equipment.
  • Skills:  Minimum of 5 years of industry experience preferred. Basic understanding of Gas Chromatographs and measurement standards (aga 3,8). Experience installing and maintaining Fisher ROC's and Total Flow gas measurement equipment and WinCCU software preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good computer skills with ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs, as well as pertinent industry programs. Able to work in a team setting.

Building Engineer

  • Duties: Coordinate, with helpdesk staff,  generation work orders; estimating costs; obtaining materials necessary to complete maintenance issues. Day-to-day maintenance of building operations while adhering to all company standards, safety standards and processes and policies. Will inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for any safety or maintenance concerns. Perform periodic preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. Coordinate with contractors any work requiring outside expertise. Assist Building Manager with planning and control of annual and capital budgets. Other duties as assigned.
  • Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in building operations, engineering and equipment and systems maintenance preferred. Able to multi-task, use good judgment and independent decision-making skills. Hold required state trade licenses. Must have HVAC and buidling and operations and maintenance training certificates of completion, along with building operator program coursework and engineering technical training. Must have knowledge and understanind of blueprints. Must have a valid, clear driver's license. Strong customer service, verbal and written communications and computer skills. Willing and able to respond to after-hours emergency call-outs.Able to climb ladders and lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
